We had an amazing time at this resort. The property was well maintained, and the staff was exceptional. Cleanliness was top-notch, with surfaces wiped down and sanitized thoroughly. The hotel facilities were excellent, with access to both coasts and two extraordinary beaches. The location on the Atlantic Ocean beach provided stunning views, especially from our Ridgetop Suite. The staff was friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. We enjoyed the calming waters and non-motorized watersports offered on the beach. The food was fresh and delicious, and our room was comfortable and clean.
Hard to think of anything negative.

I had a fantastic stay at Sailrock South Caicos. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a luxurious bathroom. I loved waking up to the stunning views of the ocean from my room. The beach was picture-perfect, like something out of a postcard. The food at the beach restaurant for lunch was delicious, and the waiters provided excellent service. I also appreciated the complimentary use of bikes and water sports equipment, which allowed me to explore the island and have fun on the water. I highly recommend Sailrock South Caicos for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
The only drawback was the limited variety of food options, especially for dinner. It would have been nice to have more local cuisine and a wider selection.

The property we stayed in was elegant and modern, including large rooms with spacious bathrooms. The beach was as beautiful as a postcard and we appreciated the free access to bikes, kayaks, paddles, and sailing boats to visit the small islands around the bay. We also enjoyed the good food at the beach restaurant for lunch.
Communication could be better. There was no welcome letter and we had to go back to the front desk to ask about wifi.

If you're looking for a luxurious and exclusive getaway, this hotel is the perfect place for you. the room was spacious and had exclusive amenities, such as a Jacuzzi and private facilities. the spa centre was excellent and provided an outstanding massage service. Beach access was just a short walk away, and the sun loungers were comfortable for a relaxing day. the outdoor dining area had BBQ facilities and offered special diet menus.
The service was inconsistent, lacking attention to details and focus on customers. Food was overpriced for the service size, and the dinner buffet had limited options.

Spent Easter at a beautiful resort recently. The rooms were extremely spacious with a gorgeous and large bathroom. Free bikes were available to explore the north of the island and water sports were fun too. The beachside restaurant had decent lunch menus, which was pleasant. My favorite aspect was the picturesque view of the sunrise at the very early hours of the morning.
They seemed to be very poorly staffed and managed throughout our stay. The breakfast menu options were limited, and the food was cold.

We recently stayed at a beautiful resort on an undiscovered gem of an island. The ocean was crystal clear and the views of both the Atlantic and Caribbean were breathtaking. The resort staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, especially bartender Lalu who made the best drinks. We enjoyed a relaxing vacation, taking advantage of the free water sports and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were well-appointed, and we loved the private pool in our villa. It truly felt like a remote luxury getaway.
Although the resort was amazing, there were a few small details that could be improved. The lack of rental cars or taxis made it difficult to explore the island outside of the resort.

I absolutely loved the stunning location of this hotel. The breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the calmness of the Caribbean Sea beach were the highlights of our stay. The resort had two extraordinary beaches, perfect for enjoying the sun and sand. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience for our family. The rooms were well-equipped and offered unbeatable views of the ocean. The facilities, such as the beach bar, added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.
I must say that the communication at times was confusing, as we experienced delays with scheduled activities and had to reach out repeatedly for clarity.

Extraordinary beaches: Atlantic for sunrise and crystal-clear water on Caribbean side. Ridgetop Suites offer stunning ocean views. Courteous and accommodating staff. Tranquil and relaxing atmosphere, great for sun-soaking, swimming, reading, and snorkeling.

The remote location of this resort provided the perfect setting for a romantic getaway. With stunning views of the Atlantic and Caribbean, we were treated to breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The clear and calm ocean waters, combined with the complimentary water sports, kept us entertained and relaxed throughout our stay. The attentive and friendly staff made us feel like family, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a memorable experience.
While the seclusion of the resort was a plus, it did limit our options for dining and exploring off-site. With limited restaurants on the island, we felt somewhat tied to the resort for meals.
